EPT plastic modular conveyor belt

EPT belts and chains are made of plastic modules. Belts are assembled in
an interlocked,bricklayed pattern with full-length hinge rods – an inherently
strong design.Of course ,we can also provide snap connect design.
EPT invented this technology from2004 and has much experience in the
design and application of modular plastic conveyor belts

1.Pitch. EPT belts are available in 0.39”(10mm),0.5″ (12.7 mm),
0.6″ (15.2 mm), 0.74”(18.9mm),0.75”(19.05),1″ nominal (25.4 mm and
27.2 mm),1.1”(27.9mm),1.25″ (31.8 mm), 1.47”(37.5mm)1.5″ (38.1mm),
1.73”(44mm),1.97”(50mm),2″ (50.8mm) and 2.15″(54.5mm) ,
2.25”(57.15mm)pitches. 
Smaller pitch belts, when used over similar size sprockets, reduce the amount
of space required for product transfer.

2. Strength. One of Hairise’s representatives can help ensure that the belt 
you choose will offer sufficient strength for your application by using the Intralox
or Habasit or Rexnord and so on EPT Program, which evaluates the
suitability of a belt in light of numerous variables, including length,load, velocity, etc.

3.Sprockets. For each specific belt series, various sprockets with different
combinations  of pitch diameter,number of teeth, materials, and/or design may be available.
EPT provides machine and injection sprocket for customer to meet any
requirements.

4.Accessories. Various accessories are available for different belt series to meet the needs of your applications. Various of flights, sideguards, wearstrips, and finger transfer plates.
