   The second is the different levels of adhesive wear caused by excessive circumferential speed, excessive load, sliding rolling, poor quality grade of smooth oil, unsuitable viscosity, lack of oil, etc.;


   The third is that particles such as external dust mixed into the smooth system, as well as internal abrasives, colloids and other impurities, form particle wear;


   Fourth, under the repeated action of the cyclic contact stress, the gears are fatigued and worn, and the appearance data is pitted, peeled and broken;


   Fifth, the lubricating system is mixed with water, metal particles, chemical pollutants, and the chemical action of the lubricating oil and the participation of oxygen to form corrosion and wear.


   In short, the damage of the sprocket is abrasion, pitting, fracture and other damages caused by the interaction of the sliding, rolling, impact and smooth materials and the friction pair during the operation of the gear.
