In some cases it means that we actually develop and manufacture very special chain & sprocket types for 1 particular customer. In order to be able to do so, 3 things are important:things evolve, the introduction of a new and maintenance saving motor base was introduced, an automatic 365T frame motor base. The DD-1100-series automatic 365T frame motor base in the vertical configuration is best utilized in applications where fixed diameter pulleys of 4 inches or more are used. As well as anywhere heavy shock loads and/or vibration is generated, for example, rock crushers, foundry shake-outs, compressors, vibrating screens, and similar equipment. DD-1100-series 365T frame automatic electric motor base automatically compensates for variations in load, expansion of belts due to centrifugal force, and normal belt stretch. Basically meaning that instead of a maintenance tech having to make these adjustments it’s d1 automatically with the motor base, which saves time, m1y, and improves production time. This also increases the overall life of the belt and bearings 3 to 5 times depending on the application, while at the same time maintaining optimal10sion on the belt for consistent peak performance. The base its self is manufactured from high-strength steel and uses heavy-duty springs for continual operation and10sion. We also supply a full line of premium electric motors, gear reducers, pulleys, v-belts, roller chain & sprockets, and sprockets.
